Sarika Dubey

Sarika Dubey is a resident of New Jersey, where she lives with her husband—an IIT Kanpur alumnus—and their two school-going sons. Though settled in the United States, she maintains a deep connection to her ancestral roots in Chapra, Bihar. Professionally, Ms. Dubey serves as Director of Data in the insurance industry and holds a leadership position as an executive member of her company’s Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a dedicated community volunteer and an active Executive Committee member of the Bihar Jharkhand Association of North America (BJANA). Over the years, she has taken many impactful initiatives, most notably contributing to the resounding success of BJANA’s grand Golden Jubilee Celebration. She also devotes her time to the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) and a local boys’ soccer team.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Ms. Dubey has completed multiple half-marathons and Tough Mudder races, exemplifying her passion for fitness, perseverance, and adventure.
