Rakesh Kumar

Rakesh Kumar is originally from Saran, Bihar, and raised in Ranchi. Rakesh has been an integral part of BJANA since 1995, serving in various capacities including member, volunteer, and part of the current executive committee, and election committee member in the past. Over the decades, he has demonstrated unwavering dedication, fiscal prudence, and deep commitment to the BJANA community.

Professionally, Rakesh works at the SUNY Fashion Institute of Technology and brings a wealth of experience in financial management and organizational stewardship. A long-time resident of New Jersey for over 30 years, he lives with his wife and two daughters. Rakesh’s institutional knowledge and steady leadership continue to strengthen BJANA’s mission of community service and cultural preservation.
